CONSPIRACY  TO  HIDE  A  CRIME  IS  A  FEDERAL  CRIME.


REFERENCES :


1.  The " Los Angeles Madam " , Heidi Fleiss , was convicted in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles in 1997 for Conspiracy to hide a crime.  This was well-publicized.


2.  Conspiracy in the Hospital Cover Up of 53 Crimes in the City of Vallejo, California were presented in the One - Page Summaries Nos. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.


Question :


     Is  Conspiracy to hide a crime any different in Los Angeles than in Vallejo, California ?


3.  Several cases of Substandard Care were committed by the Hospital and Doctors who investigated me extensively and intensively.  They had to fabricate or manufacture charges against me as evidenced by the false testimony, lies, deceits, deceptions, falsehoods of Dr. Peter E. Philbin, while under oath, on the witness stand, during the Judicial Review Hearing.  Dr. Philbin was the Hospital witness against me.  The lies, deceits, falsehoods spoken by Dr. Philbin were instantly recorded by the official Court transcriber on pages  46 , 47 , 48 of the transcript.
     Dr. Leonard A. Brant was also the Hospital witness against me during the same Judicial Review Hearing.  Dr. Brant's false testimony, lies, deceits , falsehoods, deceptions while under oath, on the witness stand, during the Judicial Review Hearing were witnessed by nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians.  The lies , deceits, falsehoods, deceptions spoken by Dr. Brant were instantly recorded by the official Court transcriber on  pages  80 , 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 85 of the same transcript.


EXAMPLES OF SUBSTANDARD CARE COMMITTED BY THE DOCTORS WHO INVESTIGATED ME (  NONE OF THESE WERE MY PATIENTS ) :


1.  Superior Court of California, Solano County , Case No.  VO7491.
Filed against Dr. Brant and this Hospital for malpractice.


2.  Dr. Leonard A. Brant operated on a 72 - year old man.  Because of Substandard Care  and poor surgical technique,  Dr. Brant punctured the Urinary Bladder of this poor old man.  Dr. Brant didn't know he did it.  The old man developed Bacteremia , Septicemia and Peritonitis.  The Solano County Coroner performed autopsy.  Findings proved that Dr. Brant perforated the bladder.  Perforation of the bladder was Not recognized during the hospitalization.
     I had nothing to do with this patient.  Dr.  Brant investigated me.


3.  Mr.  W.S.H.  A 22-year old man with multiple injuries died in the Emergency Room of this Hospital.  The  E.R.  Doctor tried for two hours to find a Surgeon to take care of the patient.  No investigations of course ! 
His  social security Number :  568 - 25 - 4438.
Solano County Coroner performed the autopsy.


4.  Mr.  W.J.C.  died in the Emergency Room of this Hospital.  The Doctor on Call was Chief of Surgery.  He refused to see this patient.
No questions or criticisms.  No investigations of course.
This was Not my patient.  They  investigated me.


5.  Mr.  C.J.M.  died in the Emergency room of this Hospital , on a different date.  The Doctor on Call was the same Chief of Surgery.  He also refused to see the patient. 


 I had nothing to do with these patients.
No hospital investigations of these cases.
Let us investigate Dr. Dial intensively and extensively !!!
