1.  The " Los Angeles Madam " , Heidi Fleiss, was convicted in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles in 1997 for Conspiracy to hide a crime.  This  was
well - publicized.


2.  The Conspiracy to hide crimes in the Hospital Cover Up of 53 Crimes in the City of Vallejo, California were presented in the One - Page summaries numbers :  1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12.


Question :
     Is Conspiracy to hide a crime any different in Los Angeles than in the
City of Vallejo, California ?


          THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY  DR. LEONARD A. BRANT.


Dr. Brant is a California - licensed practicing physician.
Dr. Brant's specialty is  Surgery ;  Diseases of the Urinary Tract.
Dr. Brant was the Chief of the Hospital Medical Executive Committee which decides investigation of doctors in the hospital.
Dr. Brant  did Not investigate himself.
Dr. Brant told lies and falsehoods about me.  He investigated me.
Dr. Brant was Not reported to the Medical Board.
Dr. Brant was Not reported to the Dept. of Justice
Dr. Brant was Not prosecuted for his crimes.
Dr. Brant committed his crimes during a Judicial Review Hearing.


The evidence :  Transcript of the Judicial Review Hearing.


1.  Page  53  lines  9 - 10 :  " The next witness for the Executive Committee is Dr. Leonard Brant."
2.  Page  53  lines  11 - 12 : "Would the Court reporter please swear
Dr. Brant in ? "
3.  Page  53  lines  14 - 15 : Leonard Brant, M.D., being first duly sworn in, testified as follows :
4.  Page  53  line  25 :  " I am the Chief of Staff ".
5.  Page  53  line  28 :  " I'm the Chairman of the Executive Committee".
6.  Page  79  lines  12 - 13 : " Dr. Brant, you mentioned Cardiac Seizure as a Diagnosis made by Dr. Dial in the medical record ".
7.  Page  79  lines  15 - 16 :  Dr. Brant says : " yes ", that's one of the things he ( Dr. Dial ) considered.  Dr. Brant accused Dr. Dial of making a Diagnosis of Cardiac Seizure in the hospital patient medical record.
8.  Page  79  lines  17 - 28 :  The medical record was read.  It was proven beyond any reasonable doubt that the accusation of Dr. Brant was false.
It was Not in the medical record.  Dr. Brant made it up.  He fabricated it,
a product of his imagination.
9.  Page  83  line  12 :  Wrong or inappropriate interpretation of EKG or 
Cardiogram made by Dr. Lino Dial.
10.  Page  83  lines  13 - 15 :  Dr. Dial Did Not read the EKG or cardiogram.
11.  Page  83  line  22 :  Dr. Brant kept looking in Dr. Dial's progress notes,
maybe he would find Dr. Dial's wrong interpretation of the EKG.
12.  Page  84  lines  14 - 15 :  Is that an interpretation of the cardiogram ?
13.  Page  85  lines  11 - 13 :  " I don't see any evidence that Dr. Dial made  an interpretation of the electrocardiogram. "


Conclusion :
     While under oath, on the witness stand,  Dr. Brant made two accusations against Dr. Dial.
     Both accusations were proven false beyond any reasonable doubt.
Both accusations were products of his imagination.  He made them up.
     Dr. Brant just committed  the Crimes of Perjury ,  two  times ! !
