Title : Intentional , Deliberate Falsifications of Hospital patient medical records
Author : Lino Dial
The Hospital : Sutter - Solano Medical Center located at 300 Hospital Drive ,
in the City of Vallejo , California 94589.
The motive : To Squeeze or get money from a poor woman.
Falsifications : Performed by : DR. ROBERT S. BLUM , M.D. , a Neurosurgeon.
Falsifications : Covered up by : DR. RICHARD CHAMBERS , M.D. ,
the Hospital Chief of Staff and by the Hospital Medical Staff.
Hospital covered up the Falsifications because these are :
Very Wrong , Shameful , Horrible , Disgusting , Despicable , Deplorable ,
Disgraceful , Repulsive, Repugnant , Loathsome.
Evidences : Hospital patient medical records , other hospital records ,
100 - page transcript of Judicial Review Hearing held according to law , witnessed by nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians and
instantly recorded by the official Court transcriber.
After the Judicial Review Hearing , the hospital claimed or declared in
writing that the Judicial Review Hearing never took place because it
was canceled by DR. LINO DIAL.
But Dr. Lino Dial was actually and physically present during that same
Judicial Review Hearing. His name is all over the 100 - page transcript.

Act of Kindness and Hospital Cover up of Crimes

Yesterday, I posted the article :
Act of Kindness by Dr. Ted Herbosa, Professor of Medicine at the University of the Philippines.
The kindness described was from : Matthew 25 : 31 - 46
Question :
What has the Act of Kindness got to do with Hospital Cover up of Crimes at Sutter-Solano Medical Center in the City of Vallejo, California ?
Answer :
The short answer :
No Act of Kindness in the intentional , deliberate falsifications of hospital patient medical records performed by Dr. Robert S. Blum , M.D.
to Squeeze or get money from a poor woman.
This action of Dr. Robert Blum was callous , senseless , depraved and complete disregard for human life.
The woman was my patient at Sutter-Solano Medical Center.
She was from another State , not California.
I never saw her before , I did not know her.
The choice I had to make was whether to protect the falsifications of Dr. Blum or to protect the civil and human rights of this woman.
I decided to protect the basic human rights of this poor woman.
I remembered the story in Matthew 25 : 31 - 46
This poor lady was traveling, far from home.
Just like the Immaculate Conception who traveled from the Holy Land to Egypt.
She got sick and was under my care.
She was hungry and thirsty for medical care.
If I did not care for her , on the last day or
Judgment of Nations, what will I say to the Lord?
The Lord will tell me :
" I was a stranger and ill in the hospital and you did not care for me ..."
I put my Medical license on the line , my entire professional career in protecting the rights of the lady.
Question :
Can you imagine if this case ever made public ?
1. People will say : Sutter-Solano Medical Center and Dr. Blum squeezed a few dollars from a poor woman.
2. Poor people have little money and the Hospital and doctors are like leeches sucking out what little money they have.
3. Reputation of Hospital and Doctors ?
4. What about the poor woman , doesn't she have a reputation also ?
5. She is someone's mother , sister , wife or grandma.
6. If she were your mother, how would you feel ?

Yesterday , Dr. Ted Herbosa , Professor of Medicine at the University of the Philippines shared a story of kindness.
It did not stay long on the Internet ( www.facebook.com)
Briefly ,
It was about a Pastor , on the welcoming day for him at a Church with 7 to 10, 000 people or parishioners. This is what he did :
1. He went to the front ( on the outside ) of the Church , dressed like a homeless guy , unkempt.
2. Only three people greeted him.
3. Later he went inside the Church , all the way to the front.
4. He was told to go all the way to the back.
5. Then the announcement came : Let us welcome our new Pastor !
6. He walked to the front , people were wondering who he was and what he was about to do.
7. He took the microphone and recited a story.
There was no mention where the story was taken from but for those who are familiar with the story , it was the story of :
" The Judgement of the Nations " or " The Last Day ".
Matthew 25 : 31 - 46 ( NAB ).
" When the Son of Man comes in his glory , and all the angels with him,
he will sit upon his glorious throne , and all the nations will be assembled
before him. And he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd
separates the sheep from the goats. He will place the sheep on his right and
the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ' Come , you
who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world.
For I was hungry and you gave me food ,
I was thirsty and you gave me drink , a stranger and you welcomed me,
naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited
me. Then the righteous will answer him and say ,
' Lord , when did we see you hungry and feed you , or
thirsty and give you drink ? When did we see you a stranger and welcome you,
or naked and clothe you ? When did we see you ill or in prison and visit you ?
And the King will say to them in reply, ' Amen I say to you ,
whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.'
Then he will say to those on his left , Depart from me, you accursed, into the
eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
For I was hungry and you gave me no food,
I was thirsty and you gave me no drink,
a stranger and you gave me no welcome , naked and you gave me no clothing ,
ill and in prison and you did not care for me. Then they will answer and say,
' Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or ill or
in prison and not minister to your needs ? '
He will answer them, ' Amen, I say to you,
what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.'
And these will go off to eternal punishment ,
but the righteous to eternal life."
Then the man who appeared homeless said , this assembly is over , see you
