well - publicized.


2.  The Conspiracy to hide crimes in the Hospital Cover Up of 53 crimes in the City of Vallejo , California were presented in the One-Page Summaries

Question : 


     Is Conspiracy to hide a crime any different in Los Angeles than in the City of Vallejo , California ?


THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY DR. PETER E. PHILBIN.


Dr. Philbin is a California - licensed practicing physician.
Dr. Philbin's  specialty is :  Nephrology or Diseases of the Kidneys.
Dr. Philbin  was a member of the Hospital Medical Staff Executive Committee which decides investigation of Doctors in the hospital.
Dr. Philbin  was  Not  investigated.
Dr. Philbin  was  Not  reported to the California Medical Board.
Dr. Philbin  was  Not  reported to the Dept. of Justice.
Dr. Philbin  was  Not  prosecuted for his crimes.


STEP BY STEP AND VIVID DESCRIPTION OF THE CRIMES OF DR. PHILBIN. 


1.  Dr. Philbin was the witness for the Hospital Medical Staff Executive Committee as noted in the transcript on  page  12  lines  15 - 16.
2.  Dr. Philbin and the Hospital Medical Staff Executive Committee Conspired , connived , agreed among themselves to present false evidences  during the Judicial Review Hearing.
3.  Dr. Philbin accused me of Not getting a Cardiology Consultation on my patient.  He made this accusation under oath , on the witness stand , during the Judicial Review Hearing.  This was instantly recorded by the official court transcriber in the 100 - page transcript of the hearing.  
These were presented in the One - Page Summary  No.  11.
4.  The accusation of Dr. Philbin against me was proven to be  false beyond any reasonable doubt.
5.  In the One - Page  Summary  No.  11,  I stated on a few occasions , documented in the transcript, that I obtained a cardiology consultation.
6.  The name of the Cardiologist was in the transcript.
This was read and verified by a few persons during the Judicial Hearing.
7.  When it was proven in the medical record that the accusation of Dr. Philbin was false or a falsehood , Dr.  Philbin  blushed  !!


     Blushing is a Medical Phenomenon wherein a person suddenly turns red in the face .  It is a reflex reaction.
     Dr. Philbin blushed because he was embarrassed  that he made a false accusation against me .  Not only that , he just committed the crime of Perjury or telling a lie under oath , on the witness stand.  This  is  
well - documented.
