Documents and evidences about the 53 crimes are in the California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice.  The California Medical Board declared in writing and officially proclaimed that No violation of the law was committed by the Hospital and Doctors in Vallejo, California that's why No prosecution done.


Conspiracy waives Statutes of Limitations.  In other words, the Statutes of Limitations do Not apply when there is Conspiracy.


     The Crimes of Attorney Steven V. Schnier of San Francisco, California.


Attorney Schnier is the senior partner in the Law firm of HANSON  BRIDGETT  LLP   of San Francisco, California.

This is how Attorney Schnier committed the 53 crimes ( documented ) :


1.  Judicial Hearing was held according to Law in Vallejo, California.
2.  Attorney Schnier committed the crimes during the Judicial Hearing.
3.  The crimes of Mr. Schnier were witnessed by nine ( 9 ) Physicians.
4.  The crimes of Mr. Schnier were instantly recorded by the official court transcriber in the 100 - page transcript of the Judicial Hearing.
5.  Mr. Schnier was the Hospital Attorney during the Judicial Hearing.
6.  Mr. Schnier proclaimed, declared and presented the fraudulent, deceitful, intentional misrepresentation of facts , wrongful criminal deceptions prepared by the Hospital and Medical Staff.  These were submitted and accepted as evidences during the Judicial Review Hearing.
7.  The entire Judicial Review Hearing was about Dr.  Lino  Dial.
8.  The pages mentioned here as evidences are from the transcript.
9.  On  page  7  lines  4 - 8 of the transcript, Mr. Schnier said :  Initially, there was ( Hospital ) investigation ( of Dr. Dial ),  then as a result of that, a monitoring program ( of Dr. Dial ) , then finally an executive committee ( of Medical staff ) recommendation against reappointment ( of Dr. Dial ) to the Medical Staff.  Then Dr. Dial requested a Judicial Review Hearing ( this Hearing ) which was granted by the Hospital.


10.  On  page  4  lines  19 - 22 :  Dr. Dial asked for the criteria used by the Hospital and Medical Staff in the Hospital investigation of Dr. Dial , which took place one year before this Judicial Review Hearing.
Hospital Attorney :  No  Criteria.


11.  On  page  5  lines  1 - 14 :   Dr. Dial emphasized :  before the Hospital investigation there should be a set of criteria to be used during the investigation.  That was a year ago.  If it was available then,  it  should be available now.     Where  is  the  criteria ?


12.  On  page  66  lines  3 - 4 :  Dr. Dial emphasized the importance of Random  Sampling of hospital medical records during the investigation.


13.  On  page  66  lines  4 - 5 :  Mr. Schnier said :  " I don't think there ever was a random sampling."


Comment of Dr. Dial :  No criteria and No random sampling means that the Hospital investigation of Dr. Dial was biased and prejudiced !!!
