2. Falsification of Hospital patient medical record performed by Dr. Robert S. Blum, M.D. a California - licensed physician, a Neurosurgeon ; to get money from an old woman , without being asked to see her ; a prime example of Violation of Medical Ethics ; Not mentioned or discussed in the Superior Court. This was the reason for the Lawsuit against the hospital in the Solano Superior Court Case No. 87291 , in Solano County , California.
An Honest Judge should base his decision on Facts of the case and Not on whether there is fish in Denmark , or corn in Iowa , or buckeye in Ohio.
