TITLE :  HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES IN VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA

Author :  Dr.  Lino  Dial , I AM the victim of the 53 crimes.

ONE - PAGE  SUMMARY  NO.  7

Documents and evidences about the 53 crimes are in the California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice.  The California Medical Board declared in writing and officially proclaimed that No Violation of the Law was committed by the Hospital and Doctors in the City of Vallejo, California that's why No prosecution was done.

PROSECUTORIAL  MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF THE CRIMES ALREADY MENTIONED.

                        JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING.

In the One - Page Summary  No.  5  and  No.  6 , I referred to the pages of the transcript of the Judicial Review Hearing as evidences of Deceits, Bias, Prejudice , Perversion of Truth , misrepresentation of facts .

1.  Page  4  lines  19 - 22 :  Dr. Dial asked for the criteria.
2.  Page  5  lines  1 - 14 :    Dr. Dial continued asking for the criteria.
3.  Page  5  lines  17 - 22 :  Mr. Schnier said : No criteria.  He talked about questions from the executive committee about Dr. Dial's Hospital care.
( Any person can ask questions but  questions are Not criteria ).
4.  Page  6  lines  2 - 7 :  Hospital investigation of Hospital care of Dr. Dial was done because there were questions ( about Standard of Care ).

5.  Page  7  lines  27 - 28 :  Mr. Schnier said : " These questions, in a sense, they are ,  if you will ,  the criteria."
6.  Page  10  lines  1 - 15 :  Dr. Dial presented what is criteria.  These were formed or established in Minnesota in 1977.  The criteria for monitoring ( so there will be No bias or Prejudice ) was accepted and adopted by the American Medical Association ( AMA ) and California Hospital Association ( CHA ) but  Not by this Hospital.

A lawsuit in Superior Court about Medical Malpractice is a good example of hospital care with questions.  Dr. Leonard A. Brant was a hospital witness during this Judicial Review Hearing.  He was also the Chief of the Executive Committee who selected Doctors for investigation. Of course, Dr. Brant did Not investigate himself.  Investigate Dr. Dial.
Examples :

1.  Superior Court of California, Solano County , Case No.  VO7491.
This lawsuit was filed against Dr. Leonard A. Brant, this Hospital, and his Urological group;  filed by Attorneys Howard Moore, Jr and Darryl Parker of Oakland , California.
Negligence in doing cystoscopy , circumcision.  " The operation done at this Hospital was performed in such an improper manner as to leave the skin covering the penis torn all the way to the back , to the testicles.  As a result of the  Negligence ,  Mr.  B.V.S. 's penis has shrunken and shriveled up close to his body."  ...Has great pain and discomfort.
Question :
Do you think Dr. Brant will report his poor surgical technique to the California Medical Board ?  Will the Hospital report it ?  He is the chief !!!
Dr. Brant does the reporting.  Dr. Brant decides whom to investigate !!!
This was Not my patient.    Dr. Brant decided to investigate Dr. Dial.

2.  Very poor surgical technique :  Another  Urology  case.  A  misplaced instrument blocked right ureter ;  Discharged from Hospital with signs of kidney failure.  Re - admitted eight days later for removal of kidney damaged by poor surgical technic on first admission.

Question :
Do you think Dr. Brant reported this to the California Medical Board ?
He is the Chief.  Dr. Brant decides whom to report to the Medical Board.
Dr. Brant decides whom to investigate.
No questions or criticisms about these cases.  No investigations.
Let us investigated Dr. Lino Dial.   These were Not Dr. Dial ' s patients.

To be continued.

The end for now.
