1.  The " Los Angeles Madam " , Heidi Fleiss , was convicted in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles for Conspiracy to hide a crime in 1997.  This was
 well - publicized.


2.  Conspiracy in the Hospital Cover Up of 53 Crimes in the City of Vallejo,

QUESTION :
     Is Conspiracy to hide a crime any different in Los Angeles than in the
City of Vallejo, California ?


List of Lawsuits in Superior Court of California in Solano County for
Wrongful , Questionable , Unnecessary Deaths due to Substandard Hospital Medical Care.
     None of these patients ( not one ) belong to Dr. Lino Dial.
These patients were under the care of Doctors and members of the Hospital Medical Staff Executive Committee.
     While these patients were dying and / or while they were being sued in Superior Court for Substandard Hospital Medical Care, they decided to investigate  Dr.  Lino  Dial .
     But I did Not have a single Wrongful death case.
I did Not have a malpractice Lawsuit.  The Hospital Medical Staff Executive Committee decided to investigate me intensively and extensively.
