a California - licensed practicing physician, a Neurosurgeon in

the City of Vallejo, California is recorded as :

Hospital Falsification No. 1 .

Dr. Robert S. Blum falsified the Hospital patient Medical record

of an old lady to get money illegally. The patient was Not his.

He was Not asked to see the patient. Dr. Blum admitted in

writing that he was Never asked to see the old woman.

Dr. Blum sent a bill or charges to the patient for his unwanted,

unsolicited and unrequested medical services.

the patient refused to pay.


Question :

Why would a Doctor falsify a Hospital patient medical record

to get money ?

Question :

Why was the investigation of Dr. Lino Dial illegal and fraud ?


Evidence :

The most glaring and conspicuous evidence that the

investigation of Dr. Lino Dial was illegal and a fraud is that

the Hospital supposedly had or received reports of the so - called

investigation.

The Hospital and Medical Staff told lies , deceits , falsehoods

and frauds during the Judicial Hearing about the investigation

of Dr. Lino Dial .

The physicians and Doctors supposedly made reports of the

investigations.

These are recorded in the 100 - page transcript of the Judicial

Hearing .


Question :


How could a patient be admitted to the Hospital , and a Doctor

make a report that he or she investigated the patient when that

same patient was in the Cemetery and had been dead for a year ?

This is similar to a dead voter.

The patient was Not even at the Hospital at the time of the

investigation .

The reports of these Doctors are frauds or false .

The investigation was fraud and illegal .

Do you think the Hospital , the Medical Staff , their Attorney ,

and Doctors who committed the crimes and frauds reported this

to the Medical Board of California ? Think again !

Dr. Philbin told lies , deceits , and frauds while under oath ,

on the witness stand during the Judicial Hearing .

I saw Dr. Philbin when he took the oath to tell the Truth.

I heard Dr. Philbin when he spoke lies , deceits , and frauds .

The other Physicians or Doctors who were present at the

Judicial Hearing also saw and heard Dr. Philbin .

The statements of Dr. Philbin were proven false beyond any

reasonable doubt during the Judicial Hearing .


HERE IS THE BEST PART :

The Hospital and Board of Directors claimed in writing that

the Judicial Hearing Never took place because I canceled it .

But I was present at that Judicial Hearing .


The evidences that the Judicial Hearing was held :

1. The official court transcriber produced a hundred ( 100 ) - page

transcript of the Judicial Hearing .

2. There were Ten persons at the same Judicial Hearing .

3. I was present at that same Judicial Hearing .
