1. Hospital Falsification No. 1.

Dr. Robert S. Blum , M.D. is a California - licensed
practicing Physician , a Neurosurgeon , in the City of Vallejo , California.

Dr. Blum falsified the hospital patient medical record of
an old lady to get money illegaly. The patient was not his.
He was not asked to see the patient. He admitted in writing that he was never asked to see the old woman.

Dr. Blum , an influential , powerful and rich Neuro-
surgeon sent a bill or charges to the patient for his un-
wanted , unsolicited and unrequested medical services.
The patient refused to pay.

Question :

Why would a Doctor falsify a Hospital patient medical

record to get money ?
