Today and also in the last few days , the New England Football team is accused of cheating like in deflating the ball.  Apparently, eleven out of twelve footballs used in last week' s game were below standard pressure ( under - inflated ).

On December  17 to 18 , 2013 ,

BILL  O' REILLY on  FOX  Television  said :  " In Courts nationwide ,  people are lying .  There  is  a  Lying  Epidemic ".

In  California  ,

California  - licensed practicing physicians told  Lies , Deceits , Falsehoods   and
Falsifications ,

While  under  oath ,  on  the   witness  stand , during a Judicial Hearing  or  a

Why did California  Governor Jerry Brown and Supervising Deputy Attorney General  Gail  M.  Heppell sign lawsuit knowing the basis of the lawsuit were

Lies , Deceits , Falsifications  , Falsehoods,  Frauds ?

The lawsuit was on behalf of the California Medical Board.

The issue :

Intentional , Deliberate Falsifications of hospital patient medical records to
