FRAUDULENT JUDICIAL HEARING BECAUSE OF LIES , DECEPTIONS , FRAUDS , FALSEHOODS , FALSIFICATIONS , TOLD WHILE UNDER OATH , ON

This hospital letter is a blatant lie , a Fraud , and a Falsification because
Dr. Lino Dial was present during the entire Judicial Hearing.
