QUESTION :

WHY would a California-licensed  practicing physician intentionally  and deliberately  FALSIFY  the hospital patient  medical  records of a poor woman to Squeeze or get
Money  from her ?

BRIEF  SUMMARY  :

DR. ROBERT  S. BLUM , M.D.
A  California-licensed  practicing  physician  , a Neurosurgeon,  examined a poor woman ,  without mercy and without compassion.

DR. ROBERT  S. BLUM examined her without  permission and without consent  in order to get money  from her.

DR. ROBERT  S. BLUM examined her under False pretenses.

Then Dr. Blum asked money from the poor woman after violating her p r i v a c y .

The Hospital and Medical Staff , under the leadership  of DR. RICHARD CHAMBERS , a
California-licensed  practicing physician  and  Hospital Chief of Staff ,

Concealed  and Covered up the unethical  and illegal actions of Dr. Blum because these are :

Very Wrong , Horrible  , Shameful,  Disgusting  , Despicable  , Deplorable  ,

Disgraceful,  Repulsive,  Loathsome , so  Outrageous  , so bad.
