Intentional , Deliberate Falsifications of Hospital  patient  medical records 
To get or Squeeze money from a poor woman by performing a  
FALSE , FAKE , FRAUDULENT  HOSPITAL  CONSULTATION.

2.  EVENT  NO.  2.
HIDING  EVENT  NO.  1  BY DOING A  FALSE , FAKE FRAUDULENT   HOSPITAL 
INVESTIGATION.

To hide means to  Cover up ,  Conceal ,  Ignore ,  overlook , Disregard  , 
Tuck away ,  Push - aside the crimes committed in  EVENT  NO.  1.

On  February  26 , 2008
During an investigation by the California Medical Board in Sacramento,  CA :

DR.  ROBERT  ZEFF , the Medical Consultant  for the California Medical Board said :

The actions of  DR. ROBERT  S. BLUM , M.D.  in the  First event ( Event  No.  1 ) 

Were  Not  Ethical  and  Not  Legal.

The testimony of Dr. Robert  Zeff was made during a tape - recorded investigation by :

REASONS  TO  COVER  UP :

1.  Institutions like a Hospital  are Dishonest enough to hide  things.

2.  They ( Hospital  , Doctors , Lawyers ) believe that they can successfully  cover up  the  facts ,  either by effective  concealment  or using their Authority and Power  to  prevent  investigation   and  publication.

3.  They believe  that  Public  Knowledge of the  facts will harm them in some way.   From  Long  Jail  sentences , etc.

4.  They ( Hospital,  Doctors , Lawyers )  believe  that  the benefit of a successful 
cover up  Outweighs  the risk and harm to them of being caught covering up.

BUT  THEY  WERE  CAUGHT  COVERING  UP  !!!

THE  COVER  UP  IS  WORSE  THAN  THE   CRIMES  !!
