The Administrative Judge was :  Gary  F.  Loveridge, ESQ ,  from the Law office of
McDonough , Holland and  Allen  at  555  Capitol  Mall , in Sacramento, California.

"... It  is  Gross  negligence  and  Bad  Faith for the hospital to allege that the Judicial Hearing was canceled at the request of Dr. Lino Dial.

...  these  false  reasons  are  being  asserted  to  deny  Dr.  Dial  due  process ".
