FALSE , FAKE , FRAUDULENT HOSPITAL CONSULTATION.
DR. ROBERT S. BLUM , M.D.
a California - licensed practicing physician ,
Intentionally and deliberately FALSIFIED the hospital
patient medical records of the poor Woman by
Dictating a FALSE , FAKE , FRAUDULENT SURGICAL
CONSULTATION.
DR. ROBERT S. BLUM claimed in writing that
DR. LINO DIAL asked him to see the poor woman in
Consultation.
The Consultation performed by DR. ROBERT BLUM IS
FRAUDULENT AND FAKE BECAUSE
DR. LINO DIAL NEVER ASKED DR. ROBERT BLUM
to see the poor woman in Consultation.
DR. ROBERT S. BLUM LIED.
DR. ROBERT S. BLUM TOLD A LIE.
DR. LINO DIAL complained to the hospital about the
Unethical and Illegal actions of Dr. Robert Blum.

DR. RICHARD CHAMBERS , M.D.
a California - licensed practicing physician and Hospital
Chief of Staff
Concealed and covered up the intentional, deliberate
Falsifications of hospital patient medical records of the
poor woman , performed by Dr. Robert Blum.
The Hospital and Medical Staff Intentionally and
deliberately investigated Dr. Lino Dial instead of
Dr. Robert Blum who committed the Crimes of Fraud and
Dr. Robert Blum examined the lady without consent and
Without permission, and under False pretenses.
QUESTION :
WHY WAS DR. BLUM NOT INVESTIGATED ?
WHY DID THEY INVESTIGATE DR. LINO DIAL ?
