1.  I admitted a poor woman to the hospital.

2.  The next day ,  DR.  ROBERT  S.  BLUM , M.D. 
A  California - licensed practicing physician examined the poor woman ,
without consent , without permission and under false pretenses.

3.  I complained to the hospital about the unethical and illegal actions of
DR.  ROBERT  BLUM.

4.  DR.  RICHARD  CHAMBERS , M.D. ,  A  California - licensed practicing physician and Hospital Chief of Staff , covered up the unethical and illegal actions of  DR.  ROBERT  BLUM.

5.  The hospital and doctors covered up these Falsifications because these are :
Very  Wrong , Horrible , Shameful , Disgusting , Despicable , Deplorable.

6.  Dr.  ROBERT  BLUM  wanted  money  from  my  patient.

7.  DR.  ROBERT  BLUM  sent a bill or charges to my patient for his unsolicited ,
unwanted  medical  services.

8.  I  told my patient that I never asked  Dr. Blum to see her in consultation.

9.  NO  JUSTICE  UNTIL  THE  TRUTH  IS  KNOWN .

10.  The hospital and doctors have been covering these Falsifications for 40 years.
