TITLE : HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES IN VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA
Author : Dr. Lino Dial, I AM the victim of the 53 crimes.
ONE - PAGE SUMMARY NO. 18
REFERENCE :
U.S. Supreme Court decision : 1966
Revocation Proceedings " Hospital Medical Privileges "
were similar to a Criminal case.
Shively v. Stewart ( 1966 ) 65 Cal. 2d. 475 , 55 Cal. Rptr. 217.
THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY ATTORNEY STEVEN V. SCHNIER OF SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA.
1. In this One - Page Summary No. 18 , the crimes of Fraud No. 7, No. 8 and No. 9 are presented. These took place during a Judicial Review Hearing and the evidence is the transcript of that Judicial Hearing.
2. The Hospital , Medical Staff and Attorney Schnier prepared and submitted as evidence during the hearing, intentional deceptions and
misrepresentation of facts.
The evidence : Transcript of the Judicial Review Hearing.
1. Page 12 lines 14 - 26 : Dr. Peter E. Philbin was sworn in as witness
for the Hospital and Medical Staff Executive Committee.
2. Page 14 lines 24 - 28 : " This is a patient that was not seen during the period of monitoring ? "
3. Page 15 lines 1 - 3 : Attorney Schnier answered : " This was a patient that was seen approximately one year before the monitoring began."
4. Crime of Fraud No. 7 : Attorney Schnier admitted during the Judicial Hearing that this patient was not seen during the six months of monitoring or investigation period.
So what kind of hospital monitoring was Mr. Schnier talking about ?
This patient was not even in the hospital. ( For that matter it could have been ten or twenty years before the monitoring began ).
This is obviously a fraud , an intentional deception and perversion of
truth !
5. Crime of Fraud No. 8 : Recall that on Page 8 lines 24 - 26 of the
transcript, Mr. Schnier said that he asked for and received monitoring reports.
How could this patient be monitored in the hospital when he was not
hospitalized during the monitoring period.
This is another willful and deliberate misrepresentation of facts with
intention to deceive others.
6. Crime of Fraud No. 9 : Mr. Schnier said that he received a hospital
monitoring report from the doctor who monitored me.
First of all, the Doctor had to examine the patient before making a report. But this patient was not hospitalized !
How could the doctor examine him ? Much less make a report.
This is another Fraud or false representation of facts during a legal
proceeding held according to Law in the city of Vallejo, California.
To be continued.
The end for now.
