Mr. Schnier committed his crimes during a Judicial Review Hearing which was held according to Law in the City of Vallejo, California.  There were 
( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians who saw and heard Mr. Schnier while he was committing the crimes Fraud and Conspiracy.  The official Court transcriber instantly recorded the crimes committed by Mr. Schnier in the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing.


Copy of the transcript was submitted to California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice.


PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF THE 53 CRIMES


     THE EVIDENCE :  TRANSCRIPT OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING


     The last item ( N0. 7 ) on the One - Page Summary No. 15 is connected to the next ten crimes of fraud committed by Attorney Steven  Schnier.


1.  Page  8  lines  24 - 25 :  Dr. Dial asked Mr. Schnier :  " Did you ask for or receive monitoring reports from doctors who monitored me ? "
2.  Page  8  line  26 :  Mr. Schnier  answered :  " yes ".
3.  Page  8  lines  27 - 28 :  Dr. Dial asked Mr. Schnier again :  " Were there reports submitted by the doctors ? "
4.  Page  9  line  1 :   Mr. Schnier  answered :   " yes " .


    The six month period of Hospital investigation of Dr. Dial was noted in the One - Page Summary  No. 15.
    During the hearing, Mr. Schnier presented a patient who was supposedly admitted or hospitalized during the six months of Hospital investigation of Dr. Lino Dial.


Fraud  No. 1 :  On  examining the Hospital patient medical record, it was revealed that this patient had been dead and buried in the cemetery for one year before the Hospital investigation.  So this patient was not hospitalized.    This  is  obviously  a  fraud.


Fraud  No.  2 :  I asked Mr. Schnier two times whether he asked for and received monitoring reports.  Mr. Schnier  answered  " yes " twice.
He lied twice or two times.    The  reason :
     The patient was not hospitalized at all.  The patient had been dead for a year.    This is another  fraud.


Fraud  No.  3 :  Mr.  Schnier said he received a medical monitoring report from the doctor.
     Mr. Schnier lied or did not tell the truth for the third time because the doctor could not have examined and made a medical report on a patient who was not in the hospital.  The patient was dead and in the cemetery.
The evidence Mr. Schnier presented was the Hospital patient medical record.
This  is  obviously  another  fraud.
