Mr. Schnier committed his crimes during a Judicial Review Hearing which was held according to Law in the City of Vallejo, California. There were nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians who saw and heard Mr. Schnier while he was committing the crimes of Fraud and Conspiracy.
The official Court transcriber instantly recorded the crimes committed by
Mr. Schnier in the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing.
Copy of the transcript was submitted to the California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice.
PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT : NO PROSECUTION OF THE 53 CRIMES.

It was already proven that these exhibits contain lies , deceits , falsehoods and deceptions. ( see One - Page Summaries numbers : 11, 12, and 13 ).
2. Page 4 lines 19 - 22 : Dr. Dial asked for copy of criteria used during the Hospital investigation of Dr. Dial one year ago. No criteria.
( No criteria means the Hospital investigation of Dr. Dial was biased and prejudiced ).
3. Page 5 lines 12 - 13 : Hospital investigation of Dr. Dial's patient care was done over a year ago. If criteria was available then , it should be available now. Do you have the criteria ( directed at Attorney Schnier ) ?
( No criteria means bias and prejudice ).
4. Page 5 lines 20 - 22 : There were questions about the practice of Medicine of Dr. Dial. No criteria.
