Mr. Schnier committed his crimes during a Judicial Review Hearing which was held according to Law in the City of Vallejo, California.  There were nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians who saw and heard Mr. Schnier while he was committing the crimes of Fraud and Conspiracy.
The official Court transcriber instantly recorded the crimes committed by Mr. Schnier in the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing.


Copy of the transcript was submitted to the California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice.


PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF THE 53 CRIMES.


THE EVIDENCE :  TRANSCRIPT OF THE JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING.


1.  It should be stated at the outset ( start ) that Mr. Schnier was the Attorney for the Hospital and Medical Staff during the Judicial Hearing.
2.  The Hospital, Medical Staff and Attorney Schnier had about six months to prepare for the Judicial Review Hearing.
3.  During those six months, the Hospital, Medical Staff, and Mr. Schnier, Conspired , and agreed to prepare false evidences against me.
4.  These false , deceptive and fraudulent were submitted by Mr. Schnier as Exhibits No. 1 through 14 and accepted as evidence during the Judicial Review Hearing ( as noted on   Page   3   lines   15 - 16 of the transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing ).
5.  In the One - Page Summaries  11, 12 , and 13 , the lies, deceits , frauds , and falsehoods that came out of the lying lips and deceitful tongues of Dr. Peter E. Philbin and Dr. Leonard A. Brant were presented.
Dr. Philbin and Dr. Brant were the Hospital and Medical Executive Committee witnesses against me during the Judicial Review Hearing.
Their Attorney , of course, was Mr. Schnier.


6.  After the hearing, the Hospital and Medical Staff declared in writing and officially proclaimed that this Judicial Review Hearing never took place or it did not happen because  Dr.  Lino  Dial canceled it.


7.  The evidences that the Judicial Hearing was held are the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing and Dr. Lino Dial was present at that same hearing.


Question :


     How could Dr. Dial cancel the Judicial Hearing which he attended ?
