Dr. Blum is a California - licensed practicing physician. His specialty is Neurosurgery. He had an A.B. degree in Dartmouth , Hanover, New Hampshire; Received his Doctor of Medicine degree
from the University of Rochester; trained in surgery in New York.
THIS IS HOW DR. BLUM COMMITTED THE CRIMES
( WELL - DOCUMENTED ).
1. Dr. Lino Dial admitted an old woman to the Hospital.
2. Dr. Blum examined the old woman without being asked to see her.
3. Dr. Blum dictated a Surgical Consultation, his first sentence was :
" Dr. Dial asked me to see the old woman. "
4. I am Dr. Dial , I never asked Dr. Blum to see the old woman.
5. Dr. Blum admitted in his letter to the Hospital Chief of Staff :
" First , of course, there is the issue of whether or not Dr. Dial asked me
to see the patient in consultation. He did not. "
6. Dr. Blum examined the old woman without permission.
7. Dr. Blum examined the old woman under false pretenses.
8. Examining a person without permission is assault and battery.
9. Dr. Blum told a lie , a fraud. Then he asked for money.
10. Dr. Blum sent a bill asking for money from the old woman.
11. I told the old Lady, Dr. Blum was never asked to see her.
12. The old Lady refused to pay Dr. Blum for his unrequested, unsolicited
and unwanted medical services.

4. After the hearing, the Hospital and Medical Staff declared in writing that the Judicial Hearing never took place or it did not happen.
Their reasoning appears to be : No Hearing , No Crime.
5. The Dept. of Justice should be notified again and again.
STEPS IN THE HOSPITAL COVER UP
1. Dr. Robert S. Blum intentionally, willfully, and deliberately falsified the Hospital patient medical record of an old woman to get money.
Senior citizens are usually poor and don't have enough money.
Dr. Blum admitted in the Hospital records : he did the crimes.
2. The Hospital had to cover up the actions, crimes of Dr. Blum because these are shameful , horrible , filthy , disgusting , and despicable.
The Hospital and Medical Staff did not investigate Dr. Blum. Instead, they
investigated Dr. Lino Dial , the physician of the old woman.
3. Dr. Robert Zeff, medical consultant for the California Medical Board declared on February 26, 2008, that the actions of Dr. Blum were not legal and not ethical.
Conspiracy waives Statutes of limitations.
4. PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT : NO PROSECUTION OF DR. BLUM.
5. CONSEQUENCES OF HOSPITAL COVER UP : MORE CRIMES.

3. Dr. Leonard A. Brant, lied under oath on the witness stand, documented on pages 80 , 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 85 of the transcript.
4. Attorney Steven V. Schnier of San Francisco, California, the Hospital attorney during that same hearing, told lies, deceits, falsehoods and frauds documented on pages 8 , 9 , 14 , 15 , 24 , 41 , 56 , 58 , 60 , 61, 66
of the transcript of the Judicial Hearing.
5. Lawsuit filed in California Superior Court, Solano County,
Case No. 87291.
The Superior Court made a decision based on lies , deceits , falsehoods and frauds. The Court decision is invalid, erroneous and should be changed.
