CONSPIRACY WAIVES STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS.


In other words, Statutes of Limitations do not apply when there is Conspiracy.

Documents and evidences are in the California Medical Board and the Dept. of Justice.


1.  The California Medical Board declared in writing and officially proclaimed that no violation of the Law was committed by Hospital and Doctors in the City of Vallejo, in Solano County, California, that's why no prosecution was done.


2.  The Hospital Cover Up enumerates and describes in detail the crimes of Fraud, Perjury , Conspiracy, Obstruction of Justice and Violation of my Civil Rights.


3.  These crimes were committed before, during and after a Judicial Hearing held according to Law in Solano, County, California, witnessed by nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians and instantly recorded
by the official court transcriber in the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial Hearing.


4.  After the hearing, the Hospital and Medical Staff declared in writing that the Judicial Hearing never took place or it did not happen.
Their reasoning appears to be :  No  Hearing ,  No  Crime.


5.  The Dept. of Justice should be notified again and again.


                        STEPS IN THE HOSPITAL COVER UP


1.  Dr. Robert S. Blum  intentionally, willfully, and deliberately falsified the Hospital patient medical record of an old woman to get money.
Senior citizens are usually poor and don't have enough money.


Dr. Blum admitted in the Hospital records :  he did the crimes.


2.  The Hospital had to cover up the actions, crimes of Dr. Blum because these are shameful , horrible , filthy , disgusting , and despicable.


The Hospital and Medical Staff did not investigate Dr. Blum.  Instead, they
investigated Dr. Lino Dial , the physician of the old woman.


3.  Dr. Robert Zeff, medical consultant for the California Medical Board declared on February 26, 2008, that the actions of Dr. Blum were not legal and not ethical.


Conspiracy waives Statutes of limitations.


4.  PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF DR. BLUM.


5.  CONSEQUENCES OF HOSPITAL COVER UP :  MORE CRIMES.


 JUDICIAL HEARING :  RESULT OF FRAUDULENT HOSPITAL INVESTIGATION.


1.  Conspiracy by Hospital and Medical Staff to present false evidences during the Judicial Hearing, documented in the 100-page transcript.


2.  Dr. Peter E. Philbin, lied under oath on the witness stand, documented on pages  46 , 47 , 48 , of the transcript of that Judicial Hearing.


3.  Dr. Leonard A. Brant, lied under oath on the witness stand, documented on pages  80 , 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 85 of the transcript.


4.  Attorney Steven V. Schnier of San Francisco, California, the Hospital attorney during that same hearing, told lies, deceits, falsehoods and frauds documented on pages  8 , 9 , 14 , 15 , 24 , 41 , 56 , 58 , 60 , 61, 66
of the transcript of the Judicial Hearing.


5.  Lawsuit filed in California Superior Court, Solano County, 
Case  No.  87291.
The Superior Court made a decision based on lies , deceits , falsehoods and frauds.  The Court decision is invalid, erroneous and should be changed.


Conspiracy  waives  statutes of limitations.
