TITLE :  HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES IN VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA

Documents and evidences about the 53 crimes are in the California Medical Board and the Dept. of Justice.
The California Medical Board declared in writing and officially proclaimed that no violation of the Law was committed by the Hospital and Doctors in the City of Vallejo, in Solano County, California, U.S.A.  that's why no prosecution was done.


     Just like in the recent trial of Michael Jackson's physician,  the prosecutor brilliantly proclaimed the overwhelming evidences against the doctor that he   
obtained a guilty verdict ( seen on National TV ).


CONSPIRACY WAIVES STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS.


In other words, Statutes of limitations do not apply when there is Conspiracy.

                 THE CASE OF ROBERT S. BLUM, M.D.  IS WORSE.


     The lying lips and and deceitful tongue of Dr. Blum admitted in no uncertain terms, in the Hospital patient medical records , that he committed the crimes.


     In the Hospital record, Dr. Blum proclaimed from his own mouth that the Surgical Consultation he dictated was false, a fraud, and fraudulent at best because he admitted in writing that he was not asked to see the old woman in consultation.


     From his own mouth, Dr.  Blum admitted that what he did was wrong.
It was a mistake.  Speaking in the future tense, Dr. Blum declared for the record , that he will not send a bill or charges to the patient.


     In so doing, Dr. Blum committed another crime of fraud, dishonesty, and wrongful criminal deception for financial or personal gain because
when Dr. Blum said in writing that he will not send a bill or charges to the
patient,  he  had  already  sent  the  bill.  The simple undeniable fact is that the patient already received the bill or charges for his unrequested ,
unwanted and unsolicited medical services.


THE CALIFORNIA MEDICAL BOARD CLAIMED NO VIOLATION OF THE LAW WAS COMMITTED.


The Question for today, or for the year or of the Century is :


     Why did the California Medical Board declare in writing that no violation 
of the Law was committed by the Hospital and Doctors in Vallejo, CA ?
