TITLE :  HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES IN VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA

Documents and evidences about the 53 crimes are in the California Medical Board and the Dept. of Justice.
The California Medical Board declared in writing and officially proclaimed that no violation of the Law was committed by the Hospital and Doctors in the City of Vallejo, in Solano County, California , U.S.A.  That's why no  prosecution was done.


CONSPIRACY WAIVES STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS.


In other words, the statutes of limitations do not apply when there is Conspiracy.

IN THE HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES , THERE ARE FOUR BASIC STEPS OR STAGES OR WE CAN CALL THESE  " HOUSES ".


1.  Step  No. 1 or " House "  No. 1 :  
The crimes of Fraud , Conspiracy, Robbery committed by Dr. Robert Blum.  Dr. Blum intentionally falsified the hospital medical record of an old woman to rob or steal money from her.
The old lady received a bill or charges for his unsolicited, unrequested medical services.
These are documented in the One - Page Summaries No. 1, No.2, No. 3.


PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF THESE CRIMES.


2.  Step  No. 2 or " House "  No. 2 :
The Hospital and Doctors in the City of Vallejo, California conspired to cover up the crimes of Dr. Blum because these are shameful , horrible ,
filthy , disgusting , and despicable.  They decided not to investigate Dr.
Blum.  Instead they decided to investigate Dr. Lino Dial, the physician of the old woman.  This led to the removal of the Hospital Privileges of 
Dr. Lino  Dial , without cause.


PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF THESE CRIMES.


3.  Step  No. 3  or  " House "  No. 3 :   
     Judicial  Hearing.
The Hospital and Medical Staff conspired to present false evidences at the Judicial Hearing, held according to Law in the City of Vallejo, California,
witnessed by nine ( 9 ) licensed physicians, and instantly recorded by the 
official court transcriber in the 100 - page transcript of that hearing.


Dr. Peter E. Philbin, as hospital witness during the Judicial Review Hearing, lied under oath , on the witness stand and these are recorded on pages   46 , 47 , 48 of the transcript of that Judicial Review Hearing.


Dr. Leonard A. Brant, as hospital witness during the Judicial Review Hearing,  lied under oath, on the witness stand and these are recorded on  pages   80 , 81 , 82 , 83 , 84 , and 85 of the transcript of that same Judicial Review Hearing.


Attorney Steven V. Schnier, the hospital attorney during that same Judicial Review Hearing , told lies , deceits , falsehoods , frauds, falsities
and misrepresentation of facts and these are recorded on  pages  
8 , 9 , 14 , 15 , 24 , 41 , 56 , 58 , 60 , 61 , and 66 of the 100 - page transcript of that hearing.


After the hearing, the Hospital and Medical Staff declared in writing that the Judicial Review Hearing never took place or it did not happen.


PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT :  NO PROSECUTION OF THESE CRIMES


4.  Step  No. 4  or  " House "  No. 4 :


Lawsuit filed in California Superior Court in Solano County, California,
Case  No.  87291 , against the Hospital and Doctors.


Dr. Leonard A. Brant, as hospital witness during the Superior Court Hearing, presented more lies , deceits , falsehoods, misrepresentation of
facts, intentional perversion of truth.


Dr. Leonard A. Brant, as hospital witness during the Superior Court Hearing , failed to mention the 53 crimes committed at the hospital.


The California Superior Court in Solano County, California made an
erroneous, fraudulent and invalid decision about Case No.  87291  based
on lies , deceits , falsehoods , falsities, intentional misrepresentation of
facts, and intentional perversion of truth.


This California Superior Court decision should be changed.


There is Court misconduct.  Truth was not revealed. 
No  Truth ,  No  Justice.
