Dr. Blum was not asked to see the patient , he just grabbed !!

The old lady was the patient of another doctor(me). Dr. Robert Blum was
never asked to see the old woman in consultation as medical ethics dictate.

Dr. Robert S. Blum admitted in writing in the hospital medical record
that he was not asked to see the patient in consultation.

Dr. Robert S. Blum dictated and recorded in the hospital medical record
that he will not send a bill or charges to the patient because it was a mistake.

At the time that Dr. Robert S. Blum dictated and recorded in the hospital
patient medical record that he will not send a bill or ask for money
to the old woman, he had already sent the bill and already asked for
money for his unsolicited, unwanted, unrequested medical services.

How do we know ?

The patient had already received the bill from Dr. Blum, asking for money.


On Feb. 26, 2008, the intentional falsifications of hospital patient medical
record performed by Dr. Robert S. Blum was reported to the Medical Board
of California , Enforcement Division located at :

during the tape-recorded Hearing of Feb. 26, 2008.

The list of falsifications, lies, deceits, and falsehoods of Dr. Robert S. Blum :

1. Dictating a Fraudulent Surgical consultation.

2. Examining a patient under false pretenses.

3. Examining a patient without permission is like assault and battery.

4. Hospital cover up of Frauds committed by Dr. Robert S. Blum.

( Hushed up, the despicable actions of Dr. Blum ).

5. Sending bills or charges for illegal and unethical medical services.

6. Patient had already received the bill or charges from Dr. Blum when he

said that he will Not dend them.

7. Hospital did Not investigate Dr. Blum.


The hospital and Medical Staff investigated me instead of Dr. Blum.

This is when Attorney Steven V. Schnier became the Hospital Attorney.

and submitted Ten False Declarations in Superior Court of Solano County,
Case No. 87291.

This case No. 87291 is about the 53 Crimes committed by Hospital,
Physicians and Lawyer( Attorney Schnier ) in Vallejo, California 94589.


The old woman in Vallejo, California :

The old woman in Vallejo, California was my patient at the hospital. I was
the Attending physician and doctor in charge of her medical care at the
hospital. I never requested Dr. Robert S. Blum to see my patient in any
way or form : Not by phone, Not in writing, Not in person.

Dr. Blum falsified the Hospital patient medical record by dictating a
Fraudulent surgical Consultation stating that he was asked by Dr. Lino Dial
to see the old woman. I never asked him.

Dr. Blum examined the patient without permission. The old lady was sick.

I protected the human and civil rights of that old woman. I was her doctor.

I gave my entire Medical career on the line protecting her from the

evil intentions of Dr. Blum.

At that time I remembered the writings of a great man, Matthew 25: 31-46:

" When I was hungry , you gave me food,

When I was thirsty, you gave me drink

when I was sick , you visited me ... "

Whatever you do to the least of your people, that you do to me ... "

I said to myself :

When I die and appear before the Lord for judgment,

If I did not protect the old woman, what will the Lord tell me ?
