Subject : Hospital Investigation

Hospital and Medical Staff Cover up Frauds and Crimes of Dr. Robert Blum.

Fraudulent investigation of Victim instead of Dr. Blum.

Period of Hospital Investigation or Peer Review : six months.


Patients investigated, supposedly hospitalized and investigated by Doctors,

complete with medical reports.

The frauds and falsehoods :

The patients were not in the hospital at the time of investigation.

They were dead and buried in the cemetery one year before the

so - called hospital investigation.

Conclusion :

Hospital investigation is fraud.

Doctors examination is fraud.

Scene : California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice.

1. Feb. 26, 2008 : First tape - recorded Hearing inside Calif. Medical Board.

Subject : Series of 53 Hospital Falsifications presented.

Dr. Robert Zeff is the Medical consultant for the California Medical Board.

Robert Sherer, Senior Investigator for the California Medical Board

tape - recorded the hearing. Mr. Robert Sherer received and accepted

the documents and evidences of 53 crimes in Vallejo, California.

2. June 24, 2008 : second tape - recorded Hearing inside Calif. Med. Board.

More documents about the 53 crimes in Vallejo, California were presented.

Dr. Yap is the Medical Consultant for the California Medical Board this time.

Mr. Robert Sherer tape - recorded the Hearing.

3. December 23, 2008 : California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown, Jr

and Supervising Deputy Attorney General Gail M. Heppell signed a

Dept. of Justice Court Order No. 02 - 2007 - 183327.

California Medical Board and Dept. of Justice investigate the victim of crimes,

Dr. Lino Dial instead of Hospital, Doctors and lawyer who committed crimes.

Dr. Lino Dial passed the investigation.


Act - VI

Scene : United States District Court, Eastern District of California

Subject : Documents, records, submitted to U.S. Dept. of Justice.


1. Obstruction of Justice :

Hospital and Doctors claimed in writing that Judicial Hearing never took

place because Dr. Lino Dial canceled it.

Evidences :

The Judicial Hearing was held for three hours.

Nine ( 9 ) California - licensed practicing physicians were present.

Official court transcriber produced a 100 - page transcript of that hearing.

Dr. Lino Dial was present at that Hearing.

Dr. Lino Dial did not cancel the hearing.


2. Discrimination in California

Two doctors in the same city of Vallejo, Calif. committed frauds.

One doctor ( Dr. Blum ) has white skin.

The other doctor has colored skin ( Dr. A.Q. ).

The colored skin doctor was investigated by the California Medical Board

and by the Justice Dept. His Medical license was revoked.

Dr. Blum with white skin was not investigated.


3. Barry Bonds, the baseball player has black skin. He was investigated

for Obstruction of Justice and Perjury in March this year, 2011.

Dr. Philbin and Dr. Brant both have white skin.

Both committed Perjury or lying under oath, on the witness stand during

a Judicial Hearing, both documented in the transcript of the hearing.

these doctors were not investigated.
