1.  The series of Fifty-three ( 53 ) Hospital Falsifications were committed in one 

One day : during a Judicial Hearing held at Sutter - Solano Medical Center , 

formerly Vallejo General Hospital,  in the City of Vallejo , California. 

2.  The series of Fifty-three ( 53 ) Hospital Falsifications were instantly recorded

by the official court transcriber in the 100 - page transcript of that Judicial

Hearing.

3.  On  February  26 , 2008 , during an official investigative hearing inside the

Medical Board office in Sacramento , California , the falsehoods and

Falsifications  were presented.

4.  DR. ROBERT  ZEFF , M.D. , was the Medical  Consultant for the Medical Board 

On February 26 , 2008.

The hospital letter claiming or declaring that the Judicial Hearing never took

place was presented.

Comment of Dr. Zeff :  " How could the hospital or anyone claim that the Judicial

Hearing never took place ? "
