CONTINUATION :

During a Federal Grand Jury hearing in Sacramento, California , the Prosecutor could make use of the outline of this case which I submitted previously to the  FBI.

All the Evidences or documents in this case could be placed on eight separate tables.

HOSPITAL COVER UP OF 53 CRIMES AT SUTTER - SOLANO MEDICAL CENTER , FORMERLY VALLEJO GENERAL HOSPITAL, LOCATED AT 300 HOSPITAL DRIVE IN THE CITY OF VALLEJO, CALIFORNIA 94589.

SECTION  OR  DIVISION - III

III     FRAUDULENT  JUDICIAL  HEARING.

1.  WHY  IS  THE  HEARING  FRAUDULENT ?

2.  Because  53  crimes  of Fraud , Perjury , Conspiracy , etc. were committed by Physician - witnesses and their Attorney / Lawyer during the hearing , witnessed  by  Ten  persons and instantly recorded by the official Court transcriber in the 100 - page transcript, for posterity.

3.  The Evidence :  100 - page transcript of the Judicial Hearing . ( Copy submitted to California Medical Board and Justice Dept.)

4.  After the Judicial Hearing , the Hospital claimed in writing that the hearing Never took place because Dr. Lino Dial ( me ) canceled it.

5.  The  Evidence :  The hospital letter saying hearing was canceled by Dr. Lino  Dial.
     That this letter is a fraud , a wrongful criminal deception is undeniable and irrefutable because the same Judicial Hearing was actually held for three hours and Dr. Lino Dial was physically and mentally present at that hearing.

6.  Dr. Dial's  ( My ) Hospital Privileges were removed without cause 

because  ,  supposedly,  I  canceled the Judicial Hearing !!! 

7.  This was followed by a Lawsuit against the Hospital in California Superior Court , Solano county ,  Case  No.  87291.

QUESTION :

     HOW  COULD  I  HAVE  CANCELED  THAT  HEARING ?

IT  WAS  HELD  FOR  THREE  HOURS.  MY  NAME  IS  ALL  OVER  THE  TRANSCRIPT.

     THE  PEOPLE  AT  THE  HEARING  SAW  ME  AND  I  SAW  THEM.  

THEY  TALKED  TO  ME ,  I  TALKED  TO  THEM  !!!

During the Official Medical Board investigation held on February  26 , 2008

inside the California Medical Board office in Sacramento , Dr. Robert Zeff, M.D. , Medical Consultant  of or for the Board  said :

" How  could  anyone  claim  that  the  Judicial Hearing never took place ?"

The Medical Board investigation was tape- recorded by Mr. Robert Sherer,  Senior Investigator of the California Medical Board.
