SERIES OF 53 HOSPITAL FALSIFICATIONS IN SOLANO COUNTY , CALIFORNIA

HOSPITAL FALSIFICATIONS AND JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT/ PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT.

I     On November 12, 2013 , Tuesday, on  CNN,  ERIN  BURNETT presented on the show, OUT FRONT :  CONCEALMENT OF EVIDENCE BY PROSECUTOR IN STATE OF MISSOURI.

The case of RYAN FERGUSON, a white man , released from prison,  after ten years for a crime he did not commit.  The release was made after an Appeal.

The reporter , DAVID MATTINGLY ,  commented on the persistent efforts of people for his release.

The reason for release from prison :

The Prosecutor in the trial , concealed evidence.  By definition , concealment of evidence is also Falsification or Fraud hence there was Judicial and Prosecutorial Misconduct.

THIS CASE WAS MOST UNFAIR.

II     On November 8 , 2013 , on  NBC Evening News , another case of Concealment of Evidence,
this time in the State of Texas.

BRIAN WILLIAMS presented the case of a man , released from prison after many years, also for a crime he did not commit.

THIS CASE WAS MOST UNFAIR.

Again , as in Missouri, the reason for the release from Prison was Concealment of Evidence made by the Prosecutor.

If there is a third or fourth case , this could be an Epidemic or the norm or Standard in the American Judicial System.

III     The Third case :  Several years ago , in Du Page County, Illinois :  another case of 

Concealment of Evidence or Fraud and therefore Judicial or Prosecutorial Misconduct.

Two men were released from prison after many years for crimes they did not commit.

Just like in Missouri and Texas, here in the State of Illinois , the reason for the release from prison was that the Prosecutor concealed Evidence during the trial.

THIS  CASE  WAS  MOST  UNFAIR.

Their story was made into a movie by BILL KURTIS PRODUCTIONS , shown on National 
TV , on Cable - TV , A and E.

IV     The Fourth case of Judicial Misconduct and Prosecutorial Misconduct was in Missouri.

This was the case of  ELLEN REASONOVER , a woman released from prison after about sixteen years, for crime she did not commit , because of Prosecutorial Misconduct.

THIS WAS MOST UNFAIR.

The case was tried in U.S. District Court in St. Louis Missouri .  The JUDGE WAS JEAN HAMILTON.  The Attorneys who represented her in Federal Court was CHERYL PILATE and CHARLES ROGERS.

V     The Fifth case of Concealment of Evidence or Cover Up of Evidence was in Solano County, CALIFORNIA SUPERIOR COURT ,  CASE  NO.  87291.

This was a Lawsuit against Sutter - Solano Medical Center, formerly Vallejo General Hospital, an Acute Care General Hospital , located at 300 Hospital Drive , in the City of Vallejo, California.

THE DECISION OF THE JUDGE IN THIS CASE WAS ERRONEOUS AND SHOULD BE CHANGED BECAUSE THE JUDGE DECLARED IN WRITING : " NO MATERIAL TRIABLE ISSUE OF FACT ".

The Decision of the Judge was Erroneous , a Wrongful Criminal Deception , a Misrepresentation of facts , intentional Perversion of Truth , because there were numerous Lies , Deceits , Frauds , and Falsifications which were the basis of the Lawsuit.  These were Concealed and covered up.

EXAMPLES :

1.  COVER UP OF INTENTIONAL FALSIFICATION OF HOSPITAL PATIENT MEDICAL RECORDS TO SQUEEZE MONEY FROM POOR WOMAN IN THE HOSPITAL BED, WITHOUT HER CONSENT AND WITHOUT PERMISSION.

     THIS IS WRONG , SHAMEFUL , HORRIBLE , DISGUSTING , DESPICABLE , REPULSIVE , REPUGNANT , SO OUTRAGEOUS , SO BAD.

2.  COVER UP OF JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING WHICH WAS HELD ACCORDING TO LAW, ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF SUTTER - SOLANO MEDICAL CENTER..  THERE WERE TEN PERSONS PRESENT , SEVERAL WERE PHYSICIANS.  

     THE OFFICIAL COURT TRANSCRIBER INSTANTLY RECORDED THE LIES , DECEITS , FRAUDS AND FALSIFICATIONS SPOKEN DURING THE HEARING , WHILE UNDER OATH , ON THE WITNESS STAND.

     THE HOSPITAL AND PHYSICIAN - WITNESSES MADE A CONSPIRACY , A CONNIVANCE ABOUT WHAT IS TO BE PRESENTED AT THE HEARING.  THESE WERE DOCUMENTED IN THE 100 - PAGE TRANSCRIPT OF THAT HEARING.

THE MOST DAMNING EVIDENCE :

     AFTER THE JUDICIAL HEARING , THE HOSPITAL DECLARED IN WRITING THAT THE JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING NEVER TOOK PLACE BECAUSE IT WAS CANCELED.

     THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY A FRAUD , A WRONGFUL CRIMINAL DECEPTION AND A MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS AND PERVERSION OF TRUTH BECAUSE :

     THE JUDICIAL REVIEW HEARING WAS HELD IN THAT HOSPITAL FOR THREE HOURS.  THERE WERE TEN EYE - WITNESSES.  THERE IS A 100 - PAGE TRANSCRIPT OF THAT JUDICIAL HEARING.

THIS  WAS  MOST  UNFAIR.

NO WONDER THE JUDGE HAD TO DECLARE IN WRITING :  "  NO MATERIAL TRIABLE ISSUE OF FACT ".
