ON THE FBI WEBSITE dated :  April 26 , 2010 it says :

Question :
   why is Public Corruption so high on the FBI list of investigative priorities?

Answer :
   Because of its impact.  Corrupt Public Officials undermine our country's National Security, our overall safety , the Public Trust , and confidence in Government , wasting Billions of dollars along the way.  This corruption can tarnish virtually every aspect of society.

This is how the Public Corruption started :

1.  Intentional Falsification of Hospital patient medical records to squeeze money from poor woman , without her consent , in the hospital bed , at Sutter - Solano Medical Center , formerly Vallejo General Hospital , located at 300 Hospital Drive , in the City of Vallejo , California 94589.

2.  The Hospital and Medical Staff concealed and covered this up because:

This is wrong , shameful , horrible , disgusting , despicable , repulsive , repugnant , deplorable , disgraceful , so outrageous , so bad.

The concealment and cover up extended to Law enforcement and other Government Agencies :

1.  Vallejo Police Dept. records.

2.  Solano County Sheriff records.

3.  Solano County District Attorney Records.

4.  Solano County Grand Jury records.

5.  Solano County Superior Court records :  Case No.  87291.

6.  California Medical Board records :  Case No.  02 - 2007 - 183327.

7.  California Dept. of Justice records: Case No. 02 - 2007 - 183327.
