in San Mateo, California , about thirty miles south of San Francisco, CA.

The State of California paid for his evaluation in 2009.

SOME CONSIDERATIONS :

1. Majority of people anywhere are poor or perhaps not much better(than poor).

2. The old lady is a senior citizen.

3. A lot of senior citizens are struggling to survive.

4. During the President Obama Health Care debate last year , the plight of

the senior citizen was prominently presented.

5. Some senior citizens have to or are forced to choose between buying

medicine or drugs and food.

6. Most Senior citizens have drained their resources by raising their

children or sending them to school.

7. Senior citizens are lucky to be alive at sixty - five years of age or so

unlike others who are devastated by Diabetic Neuropathy, Chronic Kidney

Disease ( Nephropathy ), debilitating paralysis from Stroke , not to mention

Heart Attack as complication of Hypertension.

Dr. Robert Blum had to pick on an old lady, a senior citizen.

Dr. Blum had the nerve and the gall to send her a bill for his

unwanted and unsolicited medical services.
