THE  FIRST  CRIME :  committed  by :

DR.  ROBERT  S.  BLUM , M.D.  :

INTENTIONAL , DELIBERATE  FALSIFICATION of Hospital  patient medical records  to  Squeeze  or  get Money from poor woman in the hospital.

Dr. Robert S. Blum , M.D. is a licensed practicing physician , a Neurosurgeon.

In his letter to  Dr. Richard  Chambers, M.D. ,

DR. ROBERT S. BLUM , M.D. , ADMITTED IN WRITING , IN HOSPITAL LETTERHEAD , THAT HE PERFORMED THE FRAUD OR FALSIFICATION ,

THEN HE ASKED FOR MONEY FROM THE POOR WOMAN FOR HIS UNSOLICITED ,
UNWANTED MEDICAL SERVICES.

DR. ROBERT S. BLUM , M.D. :

EXAMINED THE WOMAN WITHOUT HER CONSENT OR WITHOUT PERMISSION.

HE EXAMINED HER UNDER FALSE PRETENSES.

THIS HOSPITAL  HAD TO COVER UP THIS FALSIFICATION EVERY YEAR FOR THE

LAST  39  YEARS  BECAUSE :

IT IS  VERY  WRONG ,

SO  SHAMEFUL ,

HORRIBLE ,

DISGUSTING ,

DESPICABLE ,

DEPLORABLE ,

DISGRACEFUL ,

REPULSIVE ,
